We're happy to able to offer this tea that is made by a small producer Long Yuan Hao who is based in He Kai and Menghai.

The tea brings out a very specific type of bitterness that distinguishes it from Pu'er teas from other areas or even villages fairly close by, such as He Kai. It's always amazing how different Pu'er tea can come out.

This tea is pressed from autumn material and thus comes in a much more affordable price range compared to spring pickings of Lao Man E.

Brewing

For all our Puerh teas we recommend Gong Fu style brewing using 5-8g of tea on 100ml water. Rinse the tea briefly and then do repeating steeps (up to 6-12) of 10-20 seconds.
