Delivery, return & refunds
Delivery
Pakets will normally be dispatched within 2 working days after receiving the payment.
Delivery costs include packaging and porto. We currently use Post.nl to deliver within the EU using packages with Track & Trace. After dispatching we will send you a the Track & Trace number.
Return & refunds
Unopened items can be returned on the buyer's costs within 2 weeks after receiving them. The amount of the purchase will be reimbursed within 10 days after receiving the items back. In any case please contact us before so we find a good solution. tea@teatracks.com
